I want women to become a bird which symbolizes freedom.
I wanted to make the clothes as light as a bird, so its the reason why I didn’t use (any) heavy fabric and I only used light see through fabric.
(If the wind blows, the clothes can be seen as if they are going to fly away.)
So I tried to design the clothes in that sense.
Also I want to express the escape of discriminated women, so I used yellow and orange (color) to give brighter impression/for brighter impression

In this exhibition, there are lots of Russian artists . It is reflection of phrase 'lots of protests made art'. Russian government deprived liberty of civil. It's reason why Petr pavlensky did fire to FBS building and then he was arrested.
When I watched his work, i felt creepy because lots of terrible situations are happened.
I argued this project that is too cruel to watch with my friend and he said it is just one kind of his expression way to show his performance. Therefore I cannot agree this form. Because his performance can become a big accident compared others works. I know he is a frequent artists but from this point, art have to revise their boundary for others safety.

One of my favorite designers is John Skelton,
who is a student at Central Saint Martin.
He is very good at expressing the gloomy mood of Britain in his works.
In his use of fabric and the outfits themselves, his approach is not too simple, yet not too fancy.
I really fancy his sense of fashion.

I prefer genderless fashion.
Actually I am not really interested in clothes that are confined to gender stereotypes. However, that doesn’t mean that I only like to dress up in neuter gender clothes.
I like both feminine and manish looks/styles, but I think these words are just defining words.
In my perspective, I think the words are just words that define feminine and manish style.
But, they are just defining words, and it doesn’t mean that I don’t like them and I don’t wear them.
And I also like matching those two types of clothes.

The green seems to bounce more than I thought. So I did not write the color of the fabric green. It seems that you only need to use green for broaches and accessories.

As I was researching, I found some painters and designers who gave me new inspiration.
Although I am a writer who is not in the mood for the clothes I want to design, I have seen the beauty of Baskiya's work.
I felt that my personality was so well exposed in the picture like graffiti. It is a complicated and dark picture, but I want to work with his sensitivity in the next project.

White lace and pink seem to be better than I thought.
The fact is not fresh. It is too general feeling. I feel like I'm getting away again. I have to research again.

It was inspired by the intense but not delicate nature of Matisse. It is a process of developing clothes, and I was inspired by the morphological part. I am going to connect the pink gloves that I have brought from Korea to my pocket.
More creative ideas seem to emerge. I should have brought more pink gloves from Korea. It is too hard to get pink gloves in England.

I looked for the artist.
I saw the pictures of Matisse and it was very impressive. Especially, the red color which appears frequently in his paintings seems to fit very well with this color project. Matisse's paintings are beautiful and charming. Another artistic music that expresses the human world in pure colors and the feeling of the fundamental art of dance is wonderful.
I have to think about how to connect Matisse's work with my work.

* Pink: Although, it looks like a color similar to red, but it is not. Pink has been a symbol of women in Korea since childhood. So all the colors in my room were pink. When I was young, I saw a picture of my room, but it was pink and I was in a good mood.
* Green: Very contrasting with red, it is complementary. In fact, there is no reason. It looks like a color to write for my work

I am taking a look at the color project I was doing before, and I am developing it.
We need to decide on the things that have been done since the interviews are about to expire.
The color I chose was red pink green.
* Red: Since I was a child, I liked colorful colors. And my grandmother
She wanted to fulfill her granddaughter's wishes. So my hair color was red since I was a child. So when I recall my childhood, red remembers.

I researched some suppression situation to women.
In my perspective, there are lots of corset to women .One of the biggest things is ballet in long times ago..The early in ballet history, the dancers have to obey a director as a doll. The weird thing in this point, most dancers are women but the director who command them is just for men. There are exist few women director but people prefer men director in old era .Also they are treated by confined situation.
I want to let them feel freedom so I developed their figure. It is going to be a bird image what I hope.

corduroy- My new project.
I concentrated on corduroy’s pattern .
It look like jail’s grating so I decide to develop this figure.
At first, I just thought prisoners that is boring idea because it is literally related to jail’s grating figure. I want to focus on metaphysical thing.
And then I imagined a jail that is under the mental suppression. Not just visible thing.
Finally I choose stereotype about women who get disadvantage because of no gender equality.
In my perspective it is correlated between suppression and women’s right.
In addition, This is really hot topic in these days.Also I want to do work using this theme since I was interested in feminism.
This subject’s starting point is corduroy.- corduroy’s straight figure looks like jail’s grating- I approached invisible thing. - Women’s right is not guaranteed by society in contrast with men’s right.

I'm researching my favorite writers. It is a largely unknown writer in Korea, but I am learning from emotions that are not too minor. In the course of research, I was able to see the college graduation exhibition on the Internet. It is not too gorgeous, but it is not too simple, and it has been painted with 15 paintings. The beauty of the beauty is outstanding and I feel the runway of the 17th year of Dior. I want to collaborate with my work. I sent an email yesterday. I wish I could get a reply soon.

What I felt at the end of this project was that the plan I had planned was not flowing. I think I got the plan too ideal. I will not make this mistake next time. We should not take the plan more precisely and put unrealistic and abstract emotions into the work, it is too hard to express things that are invisible. I am worried about whether to continue this challenge.

I gave up taping on the skin.
Instead, we use a see-through cloth and attach it to the place with a rope or tape. Although it is slightly different from the direction I want, it is satisfactory. If I write the rope like a tape, the feeling I want will come out a bit as planned. It seems like a really good choice.
And I tried to paint acrylic on it. I feel a little rougher and I feel very much in my mind.

The difficulty in taping is disposable.
Even though satisfactory and pretty taping is coming out, you will eventually have to remove tapes and create new ones. I wanted to overcome the problem. Unfortunately, the taping results should be left as photos only. I am worried about this. What fabric do you use? How do I get the feel of the tape as it is? I have to go to the library today and worry.

I decided to use see-through cloth.
Orange color.
As I used it in yellow, I felt so bright. I felt a lot lighter and used a lot of metal beads. The golden beads were big and beautiful. It was a very good choice. My choice was right. I wrote a lot of beads brilliantly on the upper body rather than the lower body. I thought about putting the embroidery on, but I was pleased to buy a bevy bead that would tear the fabric.

I developed the discriminated things, for example black slave and animal for experiment.
And then I contemplated on main material that I should use.
So I chose rope and tape (for materials) because they represent negative meanings (in general).
By taping on my body, I tried to make the flesh that sticks out from the gaps made by the tapes as a motif of this project. It is the reason why they are little bit creepy and grotesque in this work.

What I felt after finishing the project was to focus on the process a bit more. I have always paid more attention to the fabric beads and materials than the process of developing because I have focused on the results. But I felt that I should concentrate on finding the material in the first place.

Today I used fabrics and some materials that is fit to my subject. I zoomed in to specific them and then I pick it up what I think the most memorable part of my work that is picture of models by me. In this time one of the class I have learned from this progress is lots of develops give me unique outcome. It helped me to get to know various parts of meaning and made me active.
When I saw the protest of animals right activities, I finally found what I do in Fashion. I watched it many times. I started to draw the style of suppression.

In this time, one of the lessons I’ve learned from the this project was freedom of expression, breaking free from pressure, and thinking creatively. Basically, I drew a lot of drawings. Then, I picked some of those that I liked, and then zoomed in to emphasize them. Consequently, I was glad to get finalized works from those parts. This part was an important factor for keeping me interested in, and was also an important inspiration for developing my work. The most memorable part of the work was using body to make clothes that focus on silhouette.
I took photo shoot and models who are my friends gave some help me. I attached row and tapes on their hands and legs. That is the best way to express 'suppression' and then I used some materials in order to show rough. " I was to develop thinking.

I always think about my work. Unfortunately, I didn't satisfy what I did but finally I choose subject that is animal. I don't wanna explain human because it is too common to do work. It's reason why I choose it.
*ANIMALS
1.Their live is shorter and much extreme than human so it is quite easy to describe their life.
2. They always suffer from human such as experiments.
3.Today I watched protest in front of Canada Goose store is really big shocked to me so I want to develop this happening.
Animal testing should be conducted in consideration of the welfare of mankind and the dignity of animal life.
? If an animal experiment is conducted, it should be considered first to replace it.
? Animal testing shall be carried out with the knowledge and experience of the laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the " experimental animals ") of the laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the " experimental animal ") and the necessary animal.
Tests involving the pain of experimental animals shall be carried out with a low dose of sensory tissue and appropriate measures to relieve pain, such as pain, sedation, anesthesia, etc.

I researched artists who is Vanessa Beecroft. She is a performance artists who protests from pressure of men. I think this is similar between my project and her work. Us works' subjects are non-person that is pressured by someone. In this point, I decided what I use. What is the best to express 'suppression'? My answer is using tape that is effective to show suppression . I can control it tighten and then when i attach on my skin, my fat is stick out. It will give me creative outcome. I want to use it instead of fabric but it will be a disposable so I need to think about it.

What I picked up from the fruit machine were skull and a quote by CharIes Chaplin.
From these two, I thought about life and death.
I contemplated on Charles Chaplin’s words, “life is tragedy in close up but comedy in long shot”, whether it would be true, or false.
However, I concluded that this does not apply to the socially disadvantaged people or the abused animals.
For instance, animals for experiments, or blacks who were segregated/discriminated, cannot be explained by what Charles Chaplin said.
According to the counterexamples mentioned above, I wanted to rebut to Charles Chaplin’s words.

In this class, i realized something that is freedom of expression and draw image what i picked up. Basically, we drew a lots of drawings and then picked it up what it was matched. After that i zoomed in selected pictures, and developed them. For example, to excessively magnify or embellish something. This point is seriously important factor what I interested in. It gave me inspiration while I developed work.The part what I was memorable in class, we used variety fabrics, focused on silhouette . At that time I had gone into ecstacy in order to seen more attractive than before.

In this class, I started to question myself whether thinking just as meaningful life is worth or not. After that I had a time to reflect on my life and I felt my idea was slowly being fixed. I was able to realize my idea was linked death(=skull). It gave me inspiration while I thought about it. Unexpective imagine, this is the best worth thing while I develop my idea.
I used lots of black circle because it is useful to appeal this topic. I want to express my a view of the world. After that I searched some poem and It give big impression to me.

Life is tragedy when seen in close- up, but a comedy in long-shot.
Today i received this quote and picture its our weekly project. Picture is the skull , 'i seriously considered how can i linked these. I wrote mind map and it comes many words such as death, humor ,fate and happy. In my perspective it looks like endless Mobius strip. It is not seperate things while we alive. I inspired Charles'saw tooth wheel that is really popular signature so i decided to use it . On the other hand it has big difference between real and mine. My saw tooth wheel has limited because it is one life. I developed this pintle

I went saachi gallery yesterday for my work. I need some motivation to develop research. When I arrived there, it was displayed first so I made a rough guess by myself. (Maybe it is the main pieces in this exhibition.)
It is really lovely work and give me amazing shocking because of his performance.
He put grass under the work and it gives high quality mood. He expressed what he feel about animals.
In my perspective, its effective way to show expression of rough .
Most of his works are showed by other's perspective so I inspired in these works.

Finally, I finished to think idea of this project, even it is a quite difficult challenge to me. I hope this project become what I imagine. Fortunately my partner give me some information when I require about Korea. The images from her, I embrassed. In order to develop my idea, I should decide many options. In this project I received images that I do not choose by myself.
I am looking forward to express my work that is created work by using something given someone . After finished work, I looked back my privious work, I proud of my work that is collaborated by partner. I used lots of biz. It is new materials what I didn't expected but it is such a good . Because it is really effective to decorated my work.

My new keyword is 'fast' so I searched images and then I decided what I draw in sketch book. I draw people who are running or work out. And then I looked for images that is people are running in the play field. It's figure is circle so I decided to use this 'circle' . I think its a really good idea because I used all of my keywords.
Tutors reccmonded me to do more research about runner who aimed worth thing. Through this tutorial, I realized to look for the image which is matched my subject. I tried to get into the subject. Then it may give me inspirations and spaces to think my ideas. To research more, makes me creative.

In class we exchanged each guys' photo where they lived but its really hard to develop my thinking.
She give me pictures which are buildings, She said, it is big and popular building in her country because it is the tallest in Korea and sometimes they displayed fancy fireworks for celebrating.
There is another reason why it is famous, it built during five years in this point, I catched how I can develop it. I think this point reflected Koreans traits.
It is just for "fast"!!
Finally I can connect all of things so I want to develop using circle figure, time and speed. It is little bit hard to show but I will think about it.

We met up in Winter Wonderland and we took some photos and we walked around there. After that we talked about what is the best visual sculpture. We picked a big wheel that looked like London eye.
I want to pick it up to use my work. Of course it is really lovely, I decided to use a big wheel's silhouette. It's probably a circle figure so I searched whatever between time and circle. Also I had to look for six pictures because of our assignment. I am not sure how can I do this project. It's depends on her pictures that will come to me.

Today tutors try to match couple of students and then they gave memo and we took a photo shoot in csm but it was not enough so we had to go another place in London.
However we have no idea where we go. My partner who is Korean talked to me about her country and culture. We exchange our information. She said most of Korean like fast.
They really don't like slow things so it's reason they can become develped country. I thought it is related 'time'. It means, they are sensitive about time. It's pretty good idea what I think.
We decided to go where. It is 'Winter Wonderland' which is really popular in London so we want to meet in there.

they don't care about where they are. It has pros and cons.
Goodthing is easier develop than others but cons is they don't have any free time and relax.
